In 2003, what seemed so obvious to Felipe was completely unavailable—a unique professional networking site
where users can learn about new career opportunities from people they know and trust.

He met up with his friend Rajen to come up with a plan for this yet unnamed idea. They assumed the bigger, more
established web sites would meet that market need soon so they decided to put their idea on hold. Two years later,
there still wasn't a great solution on the market and so, Cachinko was born.

• Social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace are still too informal with too much information
for career and job-related tasks.

• Professional business networking sites like LinkedIn are better for networking and cold calling "random
connections" than for finding or sharing candidates and jobs through actual relationships.

• As for the job boards like Monster and CareerBuilder, quantity doesn’t always equal quality.

• Even employee referral programs and typical recruiting tactics lack effective motivation and present
endless administrative hassles.

The fact is most people find jobs through people they know. And every recruiter knows that a referral is the
"Holy Grail" of hiring. With Cachinko, companies and recruiters can attract the talent they want by better motivating

Felipe – President & Co-founder

Having been on both sides of the hiring desk, Felipe knows firsthand how frustrating it is to look for and find a job
using traditional job boards and how time consuming and costly it is to recruit great employees. Instead of
accepting a less-than-perfect process, he masterminded a superior solution — Cachinko.com.

Known for his knack with numbers, Felipe earned a degree in Finance from the University of Texas and held both
Finance Director and CIO positions at DSLabs before pursuing his passion for starting and steering successful
companies. Thanks to Felipe’s vision and business acumen, Cachinko.com is the only site where career
networking REALLY pays.

Rajen – Vice President & Co-founder

Rajen and Felipe have been longtime friends, so after college and working at DSLabs together, they met up to
create something great! Rajen's love of gadgetry, technology and business has driven him to lend his passion to
Cachinko. Always being motivated by products and services he'd personally want to use, he continues studying
and readying new products and services through his other endeavor, City 17.

Tony – Vice President, Employer Solutions

Relationships matter at Cachinko. Tony gets that. He strives to build strong customer relationships by listening
intently to client’s needs, translating those needs into achievable objectives, and promoting transparency
throughout the consultative sales process. For nearly 10 years, Tony worked with Rajen and Felipe on the executive
leadership team at DSLabs as the Director of Sales. Tony’s specialty at Cachinko is finding the perfect combination of
social recruiting solutions to meet or exceed each client’s specific needs. Tony received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maine where he majored in Biochemistry and is currently pursuing his MBA.

Armando – Director of Software Development

At Cachinko, Armando taps his technical, business and entrepreneurial talents as he oversees the development
team's project architecture, scope and schedule. With a decade of experience, Armando is constantly developing
cutting edge functionality for our ever-evolving online application. Whatever functionality is needed for the site,
Armando and his team develop the perfect solution.

Jaime – Applications Architect

Armando referred Jaime to the Cachinko development team in 2008. They met at ABA Insurance (GMAC's
Mexico Branch) where Jaime worked for 10 years. As the resident 'Technical Expert', Jaime mentors the
Cachinko development team as he implements the technical details for the architecture of their projects.

Samir – Software Architect

Versatility is the name of Samir’s game. A “big picture” visionary and a whiz with cutting-edge technology, Samir
designs and develops Cachinko’s applications to anticipate the current and future needs of employer and job
seeker customers.

Lauren – Senior Designer

For this Philadelphia native, it’s all about the details. She keeps Cachinko.com well organized and visually energized.
And she’s a product of Cachinko herself — a mutual friend introduced her to Felipe to interview for her current
position.

Josue – Software Engineer

Josue has been developing effective web solutions for over 10 years and Network Infrastructure is his specialty.
He has masterfully built unique tools throughout Cachinko.com. From ASP to C# to AJAX — he's your man.

Félix – Software Engineer

"Detail" is Félix's middle name. He leaves no pixel out-of-place. He is a .NET Web Technologies expert, and has
over 7 years of Software Development experience. He came to Cachinko through a referral from Jaime — they
worked together for 2 years at ABA Insurance (GMAC's Mexico Branch).

Jignesh – Software Engineer

"Straightforward" is the best word to describe Jignesh and the approach he helps Cachinko take toward career
networking. Focused on the realities of recruiting, Jignesh helps make the process easy — and successful.

Francisco – Software Engineer

Francisco was referred to the Cachinko team by Juan, with whom he worked at Neoris — a global business and IT
consulting company. Francisco is an expert in the usage of Internet Technologies and he is currently enrolled in the
MBA program at the ITESM School of Business in Mexico. With his knowledge of management and technologies,
Francisco provides unique insight to Cachinko's process.
