You will be powering the testing of cool apps at one super Social Networking site that is used to help people find jobs thru people they know. You will be an integral part of a small team that will be responsible for building Cachinko.com. You will need to execute work for the project schedules, epitomize team playing, stay current with latest technologies, research new technology solutions, and create/modify code (C#, .net, AJAX) as necessary to ensure that your projects stay on track. We are a start-up and looking for likeminded team members with an entrepreneurial spirit that are looking for a cool place to work and an awesome career experience. Ensure that projects meet quality and time estimates while conforming to defined development methodology, making suggestions and improvements to that methodology as appropriate. EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
* 3+ years experience with web application testing in multi-browser environment
* 3+ years prior software development experience with working knowledge of C#, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, HTML, DHTML, SQL Server 2005, ASP.net, .Net Framework 2.0 & 3.5, ADO.net, SSL, MS Enterprise Library, MVC framework.
* Familiarity with Internet based applications running on IIS/Windows 2008 Server in web farm environment.
* Proven experience building n-Tier websites in using the .NET Framework.
* SQL Server 2005 TSQL optimization required, knowledge of Integration Services desired
* Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
* Thorough understanding and experience delivering solutions through product development lifecycles (through phases of Product Management, Design, Development, Unit Testing, Integration, QA, Deployment and Maintenance).
* Extensive experience with AJAX is necessary.
* Experience with W3.org compliant CSS required.
* Requires at least a 4-year college degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science. Candidates with a Masters degree desired.

Compensantion Mounth:
Max: MXN$ 25,000.00
Min: MXN$ 15,000.00
